رخصة إيداع وتوزيع غير حصري
المستودع الرقمي المؤسسي – جامعة عمر المختار

بموجب هذه الرخصة، أقرّ أنا/نحن، المودِع/المودِعون، بصفتي/بصفتنا المؤلف/المؤلفين أو المالك/المالكين لحقوق النشر، بأنني/بأننا نمنح جامعة عمر المختار، من خلال مستودعها الرقمي المؤسسي، حقًا غير حصري في حفظ عملي/عملنا العلمي، ونسخه، وإتاحته، ونشره، وتوزيعه، وعرضه على المستوى المحلي والدولي، بصيغته الورقية أو الإلكترونية أو الرقمية، وذلك لأغراض الحفظ العلمي، والفهرسة، والإتاحة، والاكتشاف، والاسترجاع.

كما أوافق/نوافق على أن لجامعة عمر المختار الحق في:
1. حفظ العمل في المستودع الرقمي المؤسسي وإتاحته وفق سياسة الإتاحة المعتمدة.
2. إنشاء نسخ رقمية أو احتياطية من العمل لأغراض الحفظ طويل الأمد، والسلامة الرقمية، والاسترجاع.
3. تحويل العمل إلى صيغ رقمية أو تقنية أخرى عند الحاجة، شريطة ألا يتم تغيير المحتوى العلمي أو المعنى الفكري للعمل.
4. إدراج البيانات الوصفية الخاصة بالعمل، بما في ذلك العنوان، والملخص، والكلمات المفتاحية، واسم/أسماء المؤلف/المؤلفين، والمعرفات الدائمة مثل Handle أو DOI، في أنظمة الفهرسة والاكتشاف والربط العلمي.

وأقرّ أنا/نحن بما يلي:
1. أن العمل المودَع هو عمل أصيل، وأنني/أننا نملك الحق القانوني في إيداعه ومنح الحقوق الواردة في هذه الرخصة.
2. أن العمل، في حدود علمي/علمنا، لا ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق النشر أو أي حقوق أخرى للغير.
3. أنه إذا تضمّن العمل موادًا أو صورًا أو جداول أو بيانات أو أي محتوى تعود حقوقه لطرف ثالث، فقد حصلت/حصلنا على التصاريح اللازمة لاستخدامها وإيداعها، وتمت الإشارة إليها بالشكل العلمي والقانوني المناسب.
4. أنه في حال كان العمل ناتجًا عن تمويل أو دعم من جهة مانحة أو مؤسسة أخرى، فقد التزمت/التزمنا بأي شروط أو التزامات تعاقدية أو حقوق مراجعة مرتبطة بذلك التمويل أو الدعم.

كما أقرّ أنا/نحن بأن:
- هذه الرخصة غير حصرية، ولا يترتب عليها نقل ملكية حقوق النشر إلى جامعة عمر المختار.
- أحتفظ/نحتفظ بكامل حقوق الملكية الفكرية وحقوق النشر الخاصة بالعمل، ما لم يرد خلاف ذلك بموجب اتفاق منفصل.
- يحق لي/لنا نشر العمل أو إعادة استخدامه أو منحه بموجب تراخيص أخرى، بما لا يتعارض مع الحقوق غير الحصرية الممنوحة بموجب هذه الرخصة.
- تحتفظ جامعة عمر المختار باسم المؤلف/المؤلفين وبيانات نسبة العمل إليهم، ولا تجري أي تعديل جوهري على المحتوى إلا ما يلزم لأغراض الحفظ التقني أو التحويل الشكلي أو تحسين الإتاحة الرقمية.

بإتمام عملية الإيداع والموافقة على هذه الرخصة، أقرّ أنا/نحن بأنني/بأننا قرأت/قرأنا هذه الرخصة وفهمت/فهمنا مضمونها، وأوافق/نوافق على الالتزام بها.

Non-Exclusive Deposit and Distribution License
Institutional Repository – Omar Al-Mukhtar University

By accepting this license, I/we, the depositor(s), as the author(s) and/or copyright owner(s), grant Omar Al-Mukhtar University, through its Institutional Repository, a non-exclusive right to preserve, reproduce, store, make available, publish, distribute, and display the submitted work worldwide in print, electronic, or digital form for the purposes of scholarly preservation, indexing, discovery, access, and retrieval.

I/We further agree that Omar Al-Mukhtar University may:
1. Archive and make the work available in the Institutional Repository in accordance with the approved access policy.
2. Create digital and backup copies of the work for preservation, security, and long-term access purposes.
3. Convert the work into other media or formats for preservation and technical accessibility purposes, provided that the intellectual content and meaning of the work are not altered.
4. Include the descriptive metadata of the work, including title, abstract, keywords, author name(s), and persistent identifiers such as Handle or DOI, in indexing, discovery, and scholarly communication systems.

I/We represent and warrant that:
1. The submitted work is original, and that I/we have the legal authority to deposit it and to grant the rights contained in this license.
2. To the best of my/our knowledge, the work does not infringe upon the copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party.
3. Where the work contains material for which I/we do not hold copyright, I/we have obtained the necessary permissions for its use and deposit, and such material has been properly acknowledged.
4. Where the work is based on research supported or sponsored by another institution, agency, or funding body, I/we have fulfilled any obligations, review requirements, or contractual conditions associated with such support.

I/We also acknowledge that:
- This license is non-exclusive and does not transfer copyright ownership to Omar Al-Mukhtar University.
- I/We retain all intellectual property and copyright rights in the work, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
- I/We remain free to publish, reuse, or license the work elsewhere, provided that such actions do not conflict with the non-exclusive rights granted under this license.
- Omar Al-Mukhtar University will preserve attribution to the author(s) and will not make any substantive alteration to the content of the work other than those necessary for technical preservation, format migration, or digital accessibility.

By completing the deposit and accepting this license, I/we confirm that I/we have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this license.
