This research examines the role of guardianship (al-hidāna) in Islamic law and its significance in education and upbringing. The study aims to shed light on the principles and regulations that govern guardianship and the criteria for selecting guardians and caregivers. Additionally, the research explores the role of guardianship in promoting Islamic values, ethics, and fostering religious identity in children.
