الوصية في الشريعة الإسلامية

Abstract

تعتبر الوصية من القضايا الهامة في الشريعة الإسلامية التي تنظم حقوق الأفراد في توزيع ثرواتهم بعد وفاتهم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم مفهوم الوصية في الشريعة الإسلامية وأحكامها المتعلقة بالميراث والمستفيدين والشروط المطلوبة لصحة الوصية. يتم تحليل النصوص الشرعية ذات الصلة والآراء الفقهية المختلفة للفقهاء في هذا السياق. وتسلط الدراسة الضوء على الأحكام القانونية والأخلاقية المرتبطة بإجراء الوصية وتأثيرها على المجتمع المسلم. تساهم هذه الدراسة في زيادة الوعي والفهم المتعمق للوصية في الشريعة الإسلامية وتوفير إطار قانوني وأخلاقي لتطبيقها بشكل صحيح وعادل.

Wills are significant issues in Islamic law that regulate individuals' rights in distributing their wealth after their death. This study aims to understand the concept of wills in Islamic law and its provisions regarding inheritance, beneficiaries, and the required conditions for a valid will. The study analyzes relevant legal texts and the different jurisprudential opinions of scholars in this context.
