شذرات من حقوقِ الإنسان بين الوثيقة الخضراءَ لحقوقِ الإنسان في عصرِ الجماهيرِ وإعلان حقوق الإنسان العالمية

Abstract

لقد تعددت المواثيق الدولية والإعلانات العالمية المنظمة لحقوق الإنسان التي أطلق عليها الشرعية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان ، التي من أبرزها :الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان لسنة 1948، العهد الدولي للحقوق المدنية والسياسية . العهد الدولي للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وفى ليبيا صدرت الوثيقة الخضراءَ لحقوقِ الإنسان وسوف نتناول بالبحث فقرات من حقوق الإنسان بين الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان والإعلانات العالمية لحقوق الإنسان ، لنقف على حقيقة الموقف الدولي من قضية حقوق الإنسان مقارنة بالموقف من هذه القضية في الجماهيرية العظمى .

There are many international charters and global declarations regulating human rights, which are called the international legitimacy of human rights, the most prominent of which are: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The International Covenant on Economic and Social Rights, and in Libya the Green Document on Human Rights was issued. We will examine paragraphs of human rights between the Great Green Charter for Human Rights and the Universal Declarations of Human Rights, in order to determine the true international position on the issue of human rights compared to the position on this issue in the Great Jamahiriya.
