| dc.description.abstract | يتناول هذا البحث دور الحضانة في الشريعة الإسلامية وأهميتها في التربية والتنشئة. يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على القواعد والمبادئ التي تحكم الحضانة ومعايير الاختيار للأولياء والمربين. يتطرق البحث أيضًا إلى دور الحضانة في تعزيز القيم والأخلاق الإسلامية وتنمية الهوية الدينية للأطفال. تستند الدراسة إلى المراجع الشرعية والمصادر التربوية لتحليل ومناقشة هذا الدور. This research examines the role of guardianship (al-hidāna) in Islamic law and its significance in education and upbringing. The study aims to shed light on the principles and regulations that govern guardianship and the criteria for selecting guardians and caregivers. Additionally, the research explores the role of guardianship in promoting Islamic values, ethics, and fostering religious identity in children. The study relies on Islamic legal references and educational sources to analyze and discuss this role. | en |
