Internet Usage among Faculty of Arts Students at Omar Al-Mukhtar University: Field Study

Abstract

Internet technology is considered one of the modern means that contributes to facilitating individuals' lives and providing diverse sources of knowledge. This study examines the reasons and motivations that drive students of the Faculty of Arts at Omar Al-Mukhtar University to use the Internet. It sheds light on the difficulties and problems they encounter, in addition to focusing on the channels they use to access Internet services. The article provides practical recommendations based on the results extracted from the study, focusing on improving the quality of digital services and offering effective solutions to overcome the challenges students face.

تعتبر تكنولوجيا الإنترنت أحد الوسائل الحديثة التي تسهم في تسهيل حياة الأفراد وتوفير مصادر متعددة للمعرفة. تتناول هذه الدراسة الأسباب والدوافع التي تحفز طلبة كلية الآداب في جامعة عمر المختار على استخدام الإنترنت، وتسلط الضوء على الصعوبات والمشاكل التي تعترض طريقهم، بالإضافة إلى التركيز على المنافذ التي يستخدمونها للوصول إلى خدمات الإنترنت. يختتم المقال بتقديم توصيات عملية استنادًا إلى النتائج المستخلصة من الدراسة، مع التركيز على تحسين جودة الخدمات الرقمية وتقديم حلول فعّالة لتجاوز التحديات التي يواجهها الطلبة.
