| dc.description.abstract | Improving the state of education requires an examination of the effectiveness of teachers since they constitute the essence of the educational process. Teachers play a crucial role in the psychological and social development of typically developing individuals, and this role becomes even more significant when dealing with individuals with special needs. Thus, the current study aims to identify the attitudes of prima-ry education teachers towards individuals with disabilities in light of study variables such as gender, age, specialization, and teaching experience. إن تحسين حالة التعليم يتطلب فحص كفاءة المعلمين باعتبارهم جوهر العملية التعليمية. يلعب المعلمون دورًا حاسمًا في التنمية النفسية والاجتماعية للأفراد الذين ينمون بشكل طبيعي، ويصبح هذا الدور أكثر أهمية عند التعامل مع الأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. ومن هنا تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي التعليم الابتدائي نحو الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة مثل الجنس، والعمر، والتخصص، والخبرة التدريسية. | en |
