يستكشف هذا البحث حياة وتأثير عالم أندلسي ترك تأثيراً ملحوظاً في المجالات العلمية والثقافية الإسلامية من خلال التدريس والأعمال العلمية. يتناول البحث الالتباس والدهشة الناشئة عن الإهمال الواضح من قبل معاصريه، مثل كلسان الدين ابن الخطيب، الذي قدم ترجمة سطحية لأعماله لم تلتقط جوهرها. الإهمال توسع ليشمل العلماء الحديثين، مما أدى إلى الارتباك والسوء تفسير لحياته وإسهاماته. يهدف البحث إلى تصحيح وتوضيح هذه الاختلافات، مسلطاً الضوء على حياة وتأثير هذا العالم للباحثين المعاصرين.

This research explores the life and impact of an Andalusian scholar who left a notable legacy in Islamic scientific and cultural spheres through teaching and scholarly works. The study addresses the perplexity and astonishment arising from the clear neglect of his contemporaries, such as Kalsan al-Din Ibn al-Khatib, who provided a superficial translation of his works that failed to capture their essence. The oversight extended to modern scholars, resulting in confusion and misinterpretation of his life and contributions. The study aims to rectify and clarify these discrepancies, shedding light on the life and impact of this scholar for contemporary researchers.
