التعليم بليبيا في ضوء ثورة المعلومات (رؤية تنظيمية)

Abstract

تعد ثورة المعلومات من أهم التحولات التكنولوجية التي أثرت على مختلف جوانب حياتنا، بما في ذلك مجال التعليم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض وتحليل تأثير ثورة المعلومات على نظام التعليم في ليبيا. تم تحليل النتائج والتوصيات المطروحة في الدراسات السابقة والتقارير ذات الصلة بالتعليم في ليبيا، وتم تحليل السياق الحالي للتعليم في ضوء التطورات التكنولوجية. تشير الدراسة إلى أن ثورة المعلومات قدمت فرصًا كبيرة لتحسين نظام التعليم في ليبيا، ولكنها أيضًا نشأت مجموعة من التحديات والعقبات التي يجب التغلب عليها. وفي ضوء ذلك، تقدم الدراسة بعض الاقتراحات والتوصيات لتعزيز استخدام التكنولوجيا في التعليم وتحسين جودة التعليم في ليبيا.

The Information Revolution is one of the most significant technological transformations that has impacted various aspects of our lives, including education. This study aims to review and analyze the impact of the Information Revolution on the education system in Libya. The findings and recommendations presented in previous studies and relevant reports on education in Libya were analyzed, along with an examination of the current educational context in light of technological advancements. The study indicates that the Information Revolution has provided significant opportunities to enhance the education system in Libya, but it has also presented a set of challenges and obstacles that need to be overcome. Accordingly, the study provides some suggestions and recommendations to promote the use of technology in education and improve the quality of education in Libya.
