Item type: Item , The Level of Moral Thinking Among a Sample of Adolescents in The City of Al-Bayda(Omar al-Mukhtar University - Al-Mukhtar Journal of Social Science, 2011) Al-Ghmari, SalehThis study aims to reveal the levels of moral thinking for a sample of adolescents in the city of Al-Bayda from the third year of middle school and the third year of secondary school, and to study the differences between the study groups according to the variables of gender and age, using the standards of the Social Moral Thinking Scale (short form) (SRM-SF) prepared by Gibbs et al (1992) translated by the researcher. The sample consisted of (373) male and female students, including (178) from the third year of middle school and (195) from the third year of secondary school. Their ages ranged between (14-19) years, with an average of (16.54) years and a standard deviation equal to (1.68) years. هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستويات التفكير الاخلاقى لعينه من المراهقين بمدينة البيضاء من الصف الثالث الاعدادى و الثالث الثانوى و دراسة الفروق بين مجموعات الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس و العمر وذلك باستخدام معايير مقياس التفكير الاخلاقى الاجتماعى (الصورة المختصره) (SRM-SF) من إعداد جبس وآخرون (1992) ترجمة الباحث. و تكونت العينة من (373) طالب وطالبة منهم (178) من الصف الثالث اعدادى و (195) من طلبة الصف الثالث الثانوي و تتراوح أعمارهم مـا بين (14-19) سنة بمتوسط قدره (16.54) سنه وانحراف معيارى يساوى (1.68) سنه.Item type: Item , Libyans in Egypt and their Social Role 1700-1800 AD(Omar al-Mukhtar University - Al-Mukhtar Journal of Social Science, 2011) Muhammad, Salim RajabThe study highlights the presence of the Libyan community in Egypt since the Islamic era, as it formed an important part of Egypt’s history. Libyan migration began individually and evolved to include families when conditions improved. The Egyptians called them "Moroccan Arabs." The study focuses on the eighteenth century, with an emphasis on the recording of property and transactions, and the role of Libyan merchants in the Egyptian commercial movement. The research deals with economic and business developments in a social and cultural context. The study is divided into four axes, dealing with the introduction and reasons for the presence of Libyan families, an introduction to commercial houses, the places where Libyan tribes settled in Egypt, and the spread of Libyan customs and traditions in Egyptian society. The research shows the social relations between Libya and Egypt during the eighteenth century, focusing on the social, economic and cultural exchanges between the two countries. الدراسة تسلط الضوء على تواجد الجالية الليبية في مصر منذ العصر الإسلامي، حيث شكلت جزءًا هامًا من تاريخ مصر. بدأت الهجرة الليبية بشكل فردي وتطورت لتشمل الأسر عند تحسن الظروف. أطلق عليهم المصريون اسم "العرب المغاربة". تركز الدراسة على القرن الثامن عشر، مع التركيز على تسجيل الممتلكات والتعاملات، ودور التجار الليبيين في الحركة التجارية المصرية. يتعامل البحث مع التطورات الاقتصادية والتجارية في سياق اجتماعي وثقافي. تقسم الدراسة إلى أربعة محاور تتناول التمهيد وأسباب تواجد العائلات الليبية، وتعريف بالبيوتات التجارية، والأماكن التي استوطنت فيها القبائل الليبية في مصر، وانتشار العادات والتقاليد الليبية في المجتمع المصري. يظهر البحث العلاقات الاجتماعية بين ليبيا ومصر خلال القرن الثامن عشر، مع التركيز على التبادلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية بين البلدين.Item type: Item , Planning the needs of primary schools for teachers and its relationship to the development of human resources (a study in educational sociology applied to the city of Al-Bayda)(Omar al-Mukhtar University - Al-Mukhtar Journal of Social Science, 2011) Shamata, Abdel-Nasser Abdel-AliWe are not proposing ideas that are unrealistic; instead, we aim to encourage people to take responsibility. This is crucial for effectively managing and enhancing their communities. It's evident that individuals play a significant role in creating life, and the progress we witness in various aspects wouldn't be possible without creative ideas and productive efforts. Human resources development has become a key focus for researchers and those invested in development issues. In this modest scientific effort, we aim to contribute to the development of teachers and address the needs of primary schools for qualified educators. نحن هنا لا نطرح أفكا ار مستحیلة أو بعیدة عن الواقع، ولكننا نحاول النهوض بالإنسان إلى مستوى المسؤولیة؛ لكي یصبح ً قاد ار على إدارة مجتمعه والحفاظ علیه؛ ولست في حاجة إلى تأكید حقیقة أن الحیاة تقوم بالأف ارد، وأن التقدم الذي نلمسه في كل ما ً یحیط بنا ما كان لیتحقق لولا الأفكار الخلاقة والجهود المنتجة للأف ارد. وهنا أصبحت قضیة تنمیة الموارد البشریة من أكثر الموضوعات التي تسلط علیها الأضواء من قبل الباحثین والمهتمین بقضایا التنمیة والتطور للجانب البشري. ونحن هنا نحاول المساهمة من خلال هذا الجهد العلمي المتواضع حول قضیة تنمیة وتطویر المعلم ومدى احتیاجات المدارس الابتدائیة من المعلمین ذوي الكفاءة.
