This research explores the life and impact of an Andalusian scholar who left a notable legacy in Islamic scientific and cultural spheres through teaching and scholarly works. The study addresses the perplexity and astonishment arising from the clear neglect of his contemporaries, such as Kalsan al-Din Ibn al-Khatib, who provided a superficial translation of his works that failed to capture their essence. The oversight extended to modern scholars, resulting in confusion and misinterpretation of his life and contributions. Al-Tahtawi's optimistic view of humanity's ability to shape its future unfolds against the backdrop of his Islamic faith, empha-sizing the potential for cultural and social transformation.Item type: Item , صفي الدين بن عبدالحق وكتاب مراصد الاطلاع.(AL-MUKHTAR JOURNAL OF SOCIAL SCIENCE, 2003-12-31) العانس, نوري عبدالحميديُعَدُّ كتاب "مراصد الاطلاع على أسماء الأمكنة والبقاع" من الأعمال المهمة في التراث الجغرافي العربي، حيث يقدم رؤى قيمة حول مواقع الممالك والمدن والقرى والأنهار والمناطق المأهولة. ورغم أنه يُعَدُّ اختصارًا لكتاب "معجم البلدان" لياقوت الحموي، إلا أنه يتضمن تصويبات وإضافات قام بها المؤلف. ومع ذلك، أثار غياب اسم المؤلف جدلاً بين الباحثين الحديثين حول نسبته. يقوم هذا البحث بفحص السياق التاريخي وآراء متنوعة بشأن النسبة، مع اختلاف الآراء حول تصنيفه لـ ياقوت الحموي أو صفي الدين بن عبد الحق أو جلال الدين عبد الرحمن السيوطي. يُسلط البحث الضوء على التحديات التي يواجهها الباحثون بسبب غياب نسبة واضحة للمؤلف واختلافات في نسخ المخطوطات. The book "Marasid al-Itla' fi Asma' al-Amakin wa al-Biqa'" is considered a significant work in Arab geographical heritage, providing valuable insights into the locations of kingdoms, cities, villages, rivers, and inhabited areas. Despite being an abridged version of Yaqut al-Hamawi's "Mu'jam al-Buldan," it includes corrections and additions by the author. However, the absence of the author's name has led to debates among modern researchers about its attribution. This paper examines the historical context and various opinions regarding the authorship, with conflicting claims associating it with Yaqut al-Hamawi, Safi al-Din bin Abd al-Haq, or Jalal al-Din Abd al-Rahman al-Suyuti. The paper highlights the challenges faced by researchers due to the lack of a clear authorial attribution and variations in manuscript copies.Item type: Item , بعض ظواهر التخلف في دول العالم الثالث وعجز الارادة التنموية(AL-MUKHTAR JOURNAL OF SOCIAL SCIENCE, 2003-12-31) بوغندورة, عازة عمر عبدالخالق; صادق, نداءيستعرض هذا البحث، الذي أُجري بواسطة الدكتور عازة عمر بوغندورة والدكتورة نداء صادق من قسم علم الاجتماع في جامعة عمر المختار، ظواهر التخلف في الهياكل الاجتماعية ضمن دول العالم الثالث ونقص الإرادة التنموية. وبتأكيد أن التنمية لا تقتصر على الجوانب الاقتصادية فحسب، بل تشمل أيضًا أبعادًا اجتماعية وسياسية، يتناول البحث تأثير العلاقات الاجتماعية والمؤسسات السياسية والقيم الثقافية على تقدم الإنسان. يبرز الباحثون أهمية التغلب على التخلف الاجتماعي من خلال التركيز على انهيار المقومات التنموية عند تعثر الطبقة التحديثية. ينقسم البحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية: فحص النظريات النفسية والاجتماعية التي تساعد في تجاوز حالة التخلف، استكشاف إرادة التنمية لدى الجماهير، ومناقشة إرادة التنمية لدى النخبة. This research, conducted by Dr. Aza Omar Bughandoura and Dr. Nada Sadek from the Sociology De-partment at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, explores the manifestations of underdevelopment in social structures within third-world countries and the deficiency in developmental will. Emphasizing that development encompasses not only economic aspects but also social and political dimensions, the study delves into the impact of social relationships, political institutions, and cultural values on human progress. The authors highlight the significance of overcoming social underdevelopment by addressing the collapse of developmental foundations when modernization elites falter. This research delves into the detailed exploration of consonant meeting, examining its occurrences in Quranic readings, poetry, and prose. Scholars not only compile and organize instances of this linguistic issue but also strive to provide logical justifications for each occurrence. The research specifically addresses cases where the meeting is omitted during pauses, analyzing scenarios where one consonant is softened and the other remains firm. The study also explores techniques for overcoming the pronunciation difficulties associated with consonant meeting, such as deletion or vowel insertion. تعتبر ظاهرة التقاء الساكنين من التحديات اللغوية المعقدة، حيث أثارت اهتمامًا كبيرًا من قبل علماء العربية. يتناول هذا البحث استكشافًا مفصلًا لظاهرة التقاء الساكنين، محللاً حدوثها في قراءات القرآن والشعر والنثر. لم يقتصر علماؤنا على جمع وتنظيم حالات هذه المسألة اللغوية فقط، بل سعوا أيضًا إلى تقديم مبررات منطقية لكل حالة. يتناول البحث بشكل خاص الحالات التي يتم فيها حذف التقاء الساكنين خلال الوقف، ويحلل السيناريوهات التي يكون فيها أحد الساكنين لينًا والآخر صحيحًا. كما يستكشف الدراسة أيضًا تقنيات التغلب على صعوبات النطق المرتبطة بالتقاء الساكنين، مثل الحذف أو إدراج الحركات.
